透明质酸酶(Hyaluronidase)是一类能够降低体内透明质酸活性的酶的总称，结构上由4个相同亚基构成，每个亚基分子量接近14 kDa，该酶是一种糖蛋白，包含5%的甘露糖和2.2%的葡萄糖胺。功能上该酶可随机裂解透明质酸、软骨素和硫酸软骨素中的 β-N-乙酰己糖胺-[1→4] 糖苷键。常与胶原酶联合使用于降解细胞外基质，从而从组织中分离活细胞。
