0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4℃.

CD9是一种普遍存在于细胞膜表面属于四跨膜超蛋白家族的细胞表面糖蛋白, 参与质膜的融合过程，在细胞膜生物学中发挥重要作用。
近年来经研究发现，CD9与多种肿瘤转移有关，故称肿瘤转移抑制基因亦称抗肿瘤转移基因。是一个新的肿瘤转移抑制基因膜运动相关蛋白-1(CD9/MRP-1)，其分子功能还有待于进一步研究。CD9主要在早B细胞、活化T淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和血小板表达。

This gene encodes a member of the transmembrane 4 superfamily, also known as the tetraspanin family. Tetraspanins are cell surface glycoproteins with four transmembrane domains that form multimeric complexes with other cell surface proteins. The encoded protein functions in many cellular processes including differentiation, adhesion, and signal transduction, and expression of this gene plays a critical role in the suppression of cancer cell motility and metastasis.
