血红素氧合酶-1又称HSP-32( Heat Shock Protein 32)是一种血红素降解的催化酶，在NADPH 和细胞色素P-450还原酶及分子氧作用下，HO-1催化血红素降解为胆绿素、CO和铁，前者还原成胆红素后具有很强的抗氧化能力，后者是一种重要的信使分子。
