protein with 180 amino acids, used to test the specific
IgG and IgM antibody for the diagnosis of Toxoplasma
gondii infection, it was expressed from E. coli,
containing a 6 x his tag at its C-terminus. This protein
usually forms dimer used for ELISA and lateral flow
test.
